When will I receive my order?
We aim for all orders to be delivered to you within a 15-20 day time period.
Why so long? In order for us to bring you the most competitive prices we currently ship from over seas.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
I still haven't received my shipping confirmation email?
The shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address after your package has been shipped.
Sometimes these can end up in your spam folder. All emails will be from info@plushco.co.uk
If the above method has not worked, you may have left the wrong email address.

My item has not arrived
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the item has left our warehouse, although we always aim for a 15-20 day delivery time, unexpected problems can occur. If after this time your order is still not with you, please contact our team so we can resolve this for you.
I made a mistake in my order, Can I change it?
Please contact our team within 24 hours of purchase to change any details, after this time we unfortunately can not guarantee the change.
I need to cancel my order
Orders are processed straight away and shipped within 2 days, any cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Please contact our team straight away.
Any time after this a cancellation can not be guaranteed.
I want to return my order
Please read our returns policy for information regarding returns. But if in the unfortunate situation your item/s do not meet your expectations i.e. damaged, defective, not as described,
please contact our team immediately so we can resolve this for you.
Any faulty items will be refunded.
