Return & Exchange
If any items you purchased are damaged, defective, not as described, you can ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivered day with our customer service email: info@plushco.co.uk
(a) Return & Exchange
Within 14 days from the delivered day, to be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
- Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label.
- You will pay for return shipping. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

(b) Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note all transactions on this website encure a transaction fee, this will be deducted from your total refund amount.
(c) Cancellation
To cancel an order, two conditions must be met at the same time: 1) within 24 hours after placing the order; 2) the order is in an unshipped state.

Colour and Size Disclaimer
Due to the many variations of monitors and browsers, product images may vary on different monitors and devices. Since it is not possible to guarantee our image colours and sizes will look the same on all devices we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour and size of the actual product.
Customs
Custom fees vary by country and you are responsible for these once the item has arrived in your country.
Shipping Damage Claims
We are proud of our products, but we can’t control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at info@plushco.co.uk
Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.
